The walls were painted a pleasant yellow
Water dispenser
Portable air conditioner and portable heater were installed for your comfort
TV on a pedestal for those who enjoy distraction while pumping away!
Showers and dressing rooms available during warm weather!
This new location has the added convenience of being in the center of other
Huyler House activities, wireless access, relax and recouperate on shaded porches,
Take a dip in the pool, call a friend for tennis!
Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise saves and preserves it….

This equipment in this facility is privately owned and maintained by individual owners of the community.
The facility is for use by Dewees Island Property Owners and their immediate family members over the age of 18 ONLY.
Due to insurance requirements, there can be no exceptions to this rule (no renters, friends, etc.). This room must remain locked. Owners can purchase a key ($5) from the Management Office (843-886-6624 ext 81).
Owners need to wipe down equipment after each use. Please limit use on equipment so others can share.
High speed internet access is available in this facility.
